The weather in Colorado Springs is expected to warm up into the 40s on Thursday. The National Weather Service in Pueblo predicts that there may be snow early Friday morning.
Thursday will hit a high of 47 degrees with partly cloudy skies and calm winds at 5 miles per hour, the agency said. It is expected that night temperatures will drop to 23 degrees after 5 a.m. with mostly cloudy skies and a snow probability of 10%
Friday after 8 a.m. snow probability up to 40%.
“The buildup is low at this point, and most spots are expected to see less than 1 inch,” reported Gazette’s news partner, KKTV. “Locally higher amounts are possible (up to 3 inches) west of Interstate 25.”
The weekend is expected to be dry with temperatures in the 40s and 50s.
