Colorado Springs will get on the opening of the ViewHouse | a primary take a look at the meals and style it artwork and leisure
The grand opening of the highly anticipated ViewHouse, 7114 Campus Drive, will take place on Thursday at 6 p.m. The cost is $ 10 to support the Angels of America’s Fallen nonprofit.
There’s live music, tasting tables from local vendors, a meat carving station, food stations, and free cocktails and drinks.
The huge area of 18,000 square meters includes a dining room, a tavern, a living room, a roof terrace, an inner courtyard with lawn games and a spectacular view of the Front Range. Other outdoor amenities include volleyball, bocce ball, horseshoes, an outdoor grill, cornhole, and four cabanas with fire pits, plus a private banquet room.
The menu is far from snacks. Think beef wrapped in bacon, a superfood bowl of old grains, and hot chicken and waffles.
“I really like our sushi,” said Brad Manske, Vice President of ViewHouse. “Our head chef Jose worked at Sushi Den for several years, perfecting his sushi techniques.”
The opening times are Monday to Wednesday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight. Visit viewhouse.com.
