Man Arrested in Colorado Springs for Tried Pimping and Human Trafficking Colorado Springs Information

Colorado Springs police arrested a man Thursday night on suspicion of pimping and several other crimes, police said.

Police arrested 50-year-old Gary Hargraves around 7:30 p.m. on the 1400 block on South Corona Avenue after officials investigated a concern that Hargraves was setting prostitution dates.

Police believe they had enough evidence to arrest Hargraves when he tried to arrange a meeting between a sex buyer and a person he believed to be a minor woman.

Colorado Springs police are looking for suspects

Hargraves was arrested on suspicion of attempted trafficking in human beings for sexual servitude, soliciting child prostitution, and attempting to pimp. He was sent to El Paso County Jail.
